THE EXPERIENCE WE OFFER
All of our 7 rooms are housed in converted outside buildings. Our own private home is self contained and has its own entrance and garden areas.
All guest rooms all have a private outside entrance directly into the room and a private separate outside seating area.
A separate large car parking space is provided.
A comprehensive breakfast in our very large converted barn is provided with your own dedicated seating area for the duration of your stay.
Breakfast is a la carte, cooked to order chosen the night before.
COVID 19 our procedures
We wish to give assurance that safety is of utmost importance for our guests and staff. Current government guidelines are adopted and put into practice immediately upon notification via the local authority. We ask all guests to take comfort in our cancellation policy opposite Covid 19 detailed on our tariff page.
COVID 19 POLICY
For any bookings that are cancelled outside of our cancellation period due to Covid 19 Full Payment will still be taken in line with our cancellation policy. However we will issue a voucher immediately upon payments taken for the full amount valid for up to 3 months from issue date. For bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival a 25% will be deducted from the voucher issued. This is to cover charges applied via a booking agent used in order to sell a room at very late notice.
For group bookings we can only extend this policy on an individual room basis.
STANDARD BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be due.
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be due.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
GROUP BOOKINGS or bookings with FIVE OR MORE ROOM NIGHTS
Cancellation terms differ from our standard cancellation policy above and this applies to all group bookings of 3 or more rooms or any booking that is 5 or more room nights.
A deposit of 25% upon booking is taken and is non refundable for group bookings of THREE ROOMS or bookings of FIVE or more room nights.
Group bookings of FOUR or more rooms require a 50% non refundable deposit.
The cancellation term is 14 days.
Cancellation of bookings within 14 days of arrival will require the outstanding balance to be paid.
Our deposit and cancellation terms are necessary in view of the fact we allow bookings to be made many months prior to arrival, we need to protect our small business against last minute cancellations for rooms that could have readily sold. Late cancellations against large bookings costs us dearly.
We would always advise guests to take out adequate holiday insurance.
